A site member suggested an auction of keys to raise funds, Kylie and I thought it was a great idea and so our conversation continued on the subject. She has now challenged me to the following to raise money for the site. 1. Opening bid must be $100 minimum 2. Period of being locked without release 14 days 3. Run a blog on this site updated daily with how I feel, how I am coping and what's happening. 4 If the bidding reaches $500 the period of locked confinement is increased to 30 days with no release. 5. If the bidding reaches $1,000 the period of locked confinement is increased to 90 days. 6. Bidding closes 26th September 12 noon Australian time 7. Winning bidder to pay the full amount of the bid to the site within 48 hours. 8. Lock to be closed on the chastity belt as soon as the funds are paid to the site. So theres the offer members, now is your chance to raise money for the site by bidding to have me locked up, a Mistress keyholder locked up as a sub for a set period and to find out exactly how she is feeling each day. Who is serious about raising money for the site ? Lets see who will put their money where their mouth is !

since we are raising money for the site and the posts from you are going to be enjoyed by everyone; may i suggest we make it the total mount collectively from everyone who pledged, not one individual
Okay after thinking about this and Kylie and I talking perhaps it would be better for people to make a donation or pledge. That way the funds total can keep rising and according to the amount raised will be the time spent locked and I would suspect that a higher dollar value will be raised ! So here is the revised version which is probably a better way of doing it and likely to get more funds. The fund starts with a Zero balance. Any and all members can make a pledge of money on this thread which becomes a cumulative amount rising all the time. Raising $100 get me locked with no release for 14 days Raising $500 gets me locked with no release for 30 days Raising $1,000 gets me locked with no release for 90 days for additional $1,000 raised you can add a 30 day extension. So if $5,000 was raised then I would be locked for a period of 90 days PLUS an additional 120 days ! Daily blog to be kept on this detailing what is happening and how I am coping with being locked up after the closing date. Its 6.56pm Australian time and there is already $145 pledged/donated so it looks like I will be spending at least 14 days locked up !
If members hit the donate button on the main front page of the site, you can see how much has been donated or pledged at any given time. Will it get to $500 ?????????????? Will it go higher !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This may not have been such a good idea ! LOL
While I agree that this is a good cause, I think that amount of money is way more than what is needed to run a website like this. I run several websites myself and a site like chastitymansion.com should cost about $30 to $40 annually. If it is more, than the owner is on a bad contract.
So lets assume the owner is on a bad contract then ! Perhaps you can contact the administrator direct and offer some advice. Now if its so cheap to run for a year like you say what about you putting up the next years fees and donating the $30 ?
What it costs to run the site is not relevant any longer or the question. It costs what it costs. As site members we all use the site, now is our opportunity to donate/pledge support to ensure the site keeps operating ! That's it in a nutshell ! Its time to put up or shut up ! Plain and simple !
