Hello, My Masterpiece/Arch combination appears to have a string wire that is slightly long: I can put multiple fingers underneath without much effort. I though the wire should follow the body a bit more closely. Can anybody confirm or explain? If the wire indeed is a bit long: can I fix this myself? I can't say much how tighly Arch should sit as I don't have but regarding shortening of the cable, I strongly advice you to contact Mr. Mende. My sport module's thong wire was wayy too long. After few email exchanges with him, we agreed to send the module to him, which he then shortened and send back. This was free of charge (I paid shipping but at the same time I ordered another item from Neosteel). But if someone has shortened or modified his/her Neosteel belt, I'm also curious to hear how the procedure went!
