Help finding a Devise post sometime ago and looking to purchase one now

I need help finding a older post here that showed a Glans Ring made basically of cable/ wire rope. held together by a clasp and the user wore it under his cage. It was secondary to the cage and while could be worn altogether separately, it was worn with a cage thus preventing pull out. It was a flexible cable type maybe 1/8 to 3/16 thick with a bullet clasp holding it closed. The wearer attached it some how underneath to the primary cage which held the penis out to the end of the cage not allowing for turtling.
