      I like that you are taking it slow and in stages. That seems like the best practice to me, rather than an abrupt change. Sort of like the story of boiling the frog by slowly increasing the water temperature. The frog doesn't notice the change until it is too late. Hugs. :)

        Being upmarket we prefer lobster! But thank you, it is the way it will work for us. We are slow and steady, at present dropping very subtle hints to friends, just so they won't be too shocked at pol parties and so on next summer
