MCN Contender Review

It looks great. Wear it under clothes for a while and see if you bulge a little less. I found I was constantly excited, aroused and filled up my cage at first. Especially with PA jewelry in, I always seemed to immediately start dripping precum.

Enjoy these first days... maybe keep a private journal to look back on. I was doing that in 2014. My first PA secured lockup in my custom Contender was a moment I won’t forget.

I could not get it on a few days ago as my brain was thinking all the wrong things. I have been wearing it for around 6 hours with no real problems, hoping to try through the night and see what happens. I imagine I will be climbing the walls in a few days if I manage to stay locked. The other image looked rather dark

 

Well I have had my Contender on since Saturday afternoon, sleeping is ok I am certainly not feeling sleep deprived for wearing it which I am grateful for as my kh doesn’t seem to be any rush to remove it. There are two issues, I think i could improve comfort by making the gap bigger between base ring by 3 or 4mm and the biggest most painful problem which lasts several minutes is the good old morning awakening which just pulls everything away from my body and it isn’t fun. I wonder if in time my body will adjust but not convinced it will. The device is absolutely fine and in comparison to a cb3000 it is night and day In comfort and there is no way out of little prison!

 

You can adjust the gap yourself or you can order a new base ring with the gap you desire.

As far as the morning wake up. I feel you pain. Not much you can do about it. That's Chastity life.

 

How do you adjust yourself? I had a feeling that was going to be answer in regards to the morning wake up!

 

Mark sent me a word document showing how to do this - without marking up the cage - with a vice and such. I can’t get it to upload. I’ll PM you.

Does MCN offer an accessory designed to discourage 'pulling out'? I'm not seeking a foolproof item but something that would maybe make the difference if I have a moment of weakness. Thanks.

 

It’s called a piercing with one of those and no key you won’t pull out

 

I assume you mean besides a PA piercing pin. I got mine for chastity and I don’t regret it at all. It’s pretty hot. I’d get one. Anyway...

He once had a “half KTB” that he offered as an anti pullout device, placed like the points of intrigue for a CB6000. I never used it, and I don’t see it as an accessory anymore on the website.

He’s added a smaller cage ring at the back of GlansArmor for me, after I saw it for another customer. I wanted extra punishing confinement and boy that gripped tight!. It would be much like the Headlock by Joselynn if in a Contender.

He would be doing custom work, and not the standard design that he can schedule easier. But MaleChastityNow has done custom design work very well for me.

 

Well frustratingly I have got more expense after 8 days I have an edema, whilst it’s already gone down it is a little sore to the touch. Whilst I felt I measured accurately I clearly need to increase the diameter of the cage portion! ☹️

 

That sucks. Probably need to go up a 1/16 of an inch.

Bright side is mark will get a new cage part done asap and you can reuse your base ring.

I made a cage length adjustment on my contender three weeks ago and it fits even better. Definitely helping with morning erections.

 

Did you go shorter or increase length? I am hoping the increase in diameter will resolve the problem as I think every thing else is right. I am actually thing 5mm / 1/4 inch increase in size after my recent experience. With the skin bunching up it clearly makes things plumper.

 

I decreased my length. My contender had a second cage ring. I wanted to send it back to be shortened about an 1/8 of an inch. Mark told me to push the ring towards the cage until the desired length was met. Worked perfect.

My cage diameter is 1.125, spot on for me.

 

BTW a 1/4 is a huge jump.

 

I do need to use the measuring rings again, spending $400 for each replacement is an expensive hobby I could do without!

 

Have you approached Mark about cage modifications / new cage?

Maybe if you added 1/2” in length you’d stretch out a little, and not be so bunched up. That is, you could add a cage ring and moving the sleeve to the new one, and retain your cage. It didn’t look tight around your cock head to me, but you seemed to over flow between the cage rings and between the cage and base ring.

I will only overflow and bulge when I’m aroused. Once I’m settled down I fit entirely within the confines of the cage. You shouldn’t be bulging through at all times.

What cage diameter did you order anyway? I’m curious if you don’t mind.

 

@andy66 how do these photos compare to your natural resting state, flaccid and unlocked?

Mark advocates “for making a device which essentially encapsulates your penis in it's natural, resting state”. My original cage was 1-3/8” wide and 2-1/2” long (if I remember correctly, maybe 2-1/4” long). My current Contender is 1-1/4” wide and 2” long. But that’s after years of wear experience.

The diameter of the cage is 33mm , I did use rings to measure and I used a cardboard tube to measure the length after a conversation with Mark we decided to make the the cage 6mm longer even though I had measured the length accurately over several weeks, I really did not rush the process. I do feel the length is fine and the cage has not felt uncomfortable whilst being worn in the grand scheme of things hence my thinking of having a larger diameter cage made to allow more space for my overflowing skin and a little more space for any attempted erection. My thinking is more room would prevent the edema. I am wanting to put the cage back on to see if the edema occurs again.

 

I’m sure you did everything you could to get it right! I’m glad it’s not uncomfortable when being worn.

I had ignored pain in a Lori device and I got edema pretty badly early on. It was scary but it faded.

You do sound “sane” to me! Continue to listen to your body and you’ll do fine. You do look quite “plump” in the cage and extra girth may help.

Edema isn’t too scary but nothing you want to ignore and let continue. It’s simply not sexy
