Promise yourself something you been wanting upon reaching a milestone. And likewise, add more time to your lockup if you catch yourself doing something you know you're not supposed to be doing (such as cheating/unlocking or generally bad behavior). You can use that as a basis to start your own methods. I started a few days at a time and gradually made my way to full-month lockups. And I told myself that accidents happen, so I don't count misfortune against myself. Being naughty by doing something on purpose would add time to my lockups, ranging from an additional week to another month or 2. If I make it through my lockup time and behaved myself the whole time, then I reward myself usually with a uncaged orgasm, or if I wanna keep going and stay locked up, then I might buy something I've been wanting for a while (trusting I can afford it). That's how I handle myself.

I've been "experimenting" with chastity for about 8 months...
