    My penis is curved slightly upward. Nothing extreme and actually has had many positive comments from lovers over the years.

    I'm wondering if prolonged wear of the arch would reduce or even eliminate my curve?

    Quite a lot of guys do curve upwards and if it's straight side to side , I guess it's how it's suposidly to be.

    As you are not ,or rather should not get hard in your cage it probably won't have any influence on his shape .

    However long term you wear any cage, the natural shape will not be altered
