oh my, this is a tricky one. There is one other person on this website who I know has had this very procedure done. If I can get a message to them, I will try to get them to imput to this thread. Any body mutilation/modification, I think shouldn't be entered into lightly, you need to research this to wwithin an inch of its life before you get it done. I agree, it depends on the motifs behind her request, but ultimately, its your (and possibly) her decision.
