    This is Version 2 of this poll, and allows more than one choice.

    Original Poll

    Trying to separate fantasy from reality.

    Some say they aren't permitted to have erections. Some don't want erections.

    Based on pictures I have seen, and my own experience, erectile tissue that doesn't fit within the cage is pressed back into the body, and the cage is pushed away from the body.

    Your right, with my previous device I would get a swelling behind my base ring when a errection tried to occur. With my new device as it is spiked thee is more room inside the cage to grow, but it is painful! So I get some engorgement of my penis and the behind base ring swelling is significantly reduced.
