On Valentine's Day my wife and I together decided it was time to get serious about denial. We were having fun with an orgasm every 7-10 days, but wanted to experience the benefits of a longer denial period. I have been locked 24/7 since late May of 2014. My previous record was 16 days. It ended then because a teasing session went too far and ruined it (literally).

Now that we are two-thirds of the way to our goal of 30+ days (it's up to her how many after 30 I have to go) I feel things have changed for the better. We spoon in bed almost every morning. I write her love notes and leave them around the house or on her car. I call her from work and tell her I love her. We fall asleep in bed holding hands. My T&D sessions can stretch to 45-60 minutes now, about every three days or so. Last week I had an erection last almost 45 minutes without any additional stimulation. It would start to soften, then waver and get hard again. I'm 59, so I consider that non-Viagra enhancement to be pretty amazing.

I know some of you have gone far longer than 30 days. For those of you that have, do you have any recommendations on how to enhance the denial period as it lengthens?

For me after about 3 weeks it got a lot easier and did not have the urges to get off as much. You might find a similar situation for yourself.
