Hi I am T, aka Iholdthekeyuk. Myself and my partner are pretty new to all of this and decided to join these forums. Unfortunately he is unable to register. He has tried to register but does not get the confirmation email and is therefore unable to confirm and use forums. We would both be very happy if an administrator could look into this for us. I agree @jemima, the Mansion is broken. Somebody has dropped the ball on this one and doesn't seem to me that anybody is working to fix it. Oh and @iholdthekeyuk Welcome to the Mansion. I hope you can work thru the problems your having to get your fella registered.
Now we seem to be pretty much up and running again is there any chance someone could look into this please?
iholdthekeyuk I had the same problem with registering. I never did receive the confirmation email. In the end I gave up, went out and got a free web mail account from google and registered again using that email address. That one worked and I was able to confirm. Only problem is I do not actively use that email address, so if anyone replies to me here, I am not certain how long it would take me to see it and reply... Not an answer, but maybe a work around???
@iholdthekeyuk my advise is to cont Jens, the owner/administator usually very helpful I thought a mod/board member would have advised this already.
@iholdthekeyuk There are problems with some emails, yahoo for example. If you use gmail, you should be ok.
