Depends on my wife. First we made a contract, taht three times a week would be fine. But she changed the contract and sayd from now on she doesnt want to chain herself on ea piece of paper. She does what she wants and I have the contract to know my duties. So somrtimes it is 4 weeks 5 weeks or 6 weeks without release. Tthen sometimes twice a week.
