Hi all I just wanted to know your thoughts... I have been after a six pack for about 2 years and struggling to get there. I was thinking of asking my queen to with draw my orgasms until a six pack is achieved in the hope it will help me train.. What do you think and it this topping from the bottom ?? ( Very sensitive to doing that)!!
Instead of focusing strictly on the goal, focus on the process. Develop the plan that you need to keep that leads to the goal and get her to help keep you on that plan. If you know you need to go to the gym x times a week, she can reward/punish you to keep you on plan. Monitor body measurements weekly and track progress. A KH can be a great help in keeping you on track to meet your goals!!
No prblm with yr such proposed goal to yr kh.. at my age its not ez to maintain 6pack even if i ever hv in d 1st place.. im a gym rat.. staying fit is d goal for my wife… such a goal wil b a strong motivation to endure d tough regime in d gym..if it ever leads to d privileged orgasm.. for me.. there is none.. but i love it when wife pays atention n compliments my nice shoulders pecs slim waist but gigles when there ends with a smal caged dick.. who is at her service.. nothing empowers here more..
It may be better to have something that is easy to measure (like a number of visits to the gym) rather than something that is more subjective (like is that really a six-pack?) But then, she could just keep saying the six pack isn't well enough defined!
