Hoods

*drewls* I LOVE hoods!!! From a slaves point of view, i love wearing them for a few reasons. The feeling itself is amazing. Tight fitting like a second skin, it takes away your senses and really adds to the whole experience for me, theres nothing i love more than being tied down with the hood on, just my mouth showing ready for use!

I personally find the whole hood thing very liberating. I know you boys won't understand, but we do worry how we look (we know you love us, but we still worry!) and its nice to do what you want without fear of being "inspected"!

Sometimes I feel incredibly horny, but I may also feel I don't look my best... in that case I can shove the hood onto pet and sit on his face, or get into 69 position if I feel he's been especially well behaved!

I also find sometimes when pet gets off into his own little world that he can look a bit bored. :squigglemouth: The fact is, he's just on another planet thoroughly enjoying the moment, but I end up in a mad panic thinking he's had enough... if he's in the hood I just carry on regardless with my own pleasure without worrying! :xd:

I don't trust blindfolds, you can peek round the edges! Hoods do also add an extra erotic value. We have a couple, the spandex one for quickie random play... I keep it under my pillow, and a leather one in red and black which is lace-up at the back and just adds that extra ritual of lacing up into the bargain.

I prefer the spandex one if I'm aiming for my personal gratification because its soft against my thighs, the other one is much better for humiliation and teasing purposes on pet... he feels more "bound" and helpless.

 

Blindfolds come off very easy, and don't really work too well. Once hoods are on, they are on!! So they don't come off easy, or cannot be knocked off like a blindfold could be. It heightens your senses too, suddenly you find yourself paying close attention to sound, to try and figure out whats going to happen!

 

Definitely, i know most people are always submissive 24/7 but for me when i have the hood on it definitely makes me 100% slave!

One thing I like about hoods is that they take away power from people who are used to using their looks to get their way.

 

Hoods also provide a certain "anonymity" for the slave that can be helpful to the beginning domme.

I am not a big fan of corporal punishment, but recognized early in that it can be a valuable tool for correcting bad behaviour. I hated it at first, but I am learning to enjoy it the more I practice it.

One of the hardest things for me initially was watching my hubby's face as each blow fell. He can also plead with his eyes better than anyone I have ever seen when he is being teased and denied. A tape gag under a leather hood helped "objectify" my hubby enough so I could relax and concentrate on the task at hand and not give into his pitiful looks :angel:

Hoods are cool for all the reasons already mentioned. I wish Mistress would put me in one much more often, but she says she likes the feedback she gets from watching my facial expressions and gets turned on by them. I think she has a slight sadistic streak, but she denies it.

I have to admit that I really like being gagged and hooded and having to rely on that manner of communicating with her. Of course I can grunt for emphasis, which she says I'm too good at to begin with. lol A special male talent I suppose.

Anyhow, when in a hood that blocks all light I am completely at her mercy, and that is something we both like. Another good reason for hoods on slaves with inexperienced Dommes is that if you've forgotten something you can go and find it or rummage around for it and it adds to the anticipation rather than your poor victim watching you lose your cool!
