    I would email the manufacturer to check. Their web site is www.cb-2000.com. They will tell you if someone is an authorized reseller.

    I have a curve, and it does not have a hinged cuff ring.

    A L Enterprises, the manufacturer of the CB series, confirmed that it is a fake, so avoid!
