Yes, I have a copy of it. It is very vanilla, mind. However, I did thoroughly enjoy it. In short, Hep Anderson decides to give up sex for a year in order to refocus on courtship and romance without the pressure of sex, after deciding that she had had enough of sex without love. In addition to her year long vow of chastity, she also discusses sexuality, chastity, courtship and other issues.
