For those that have wondered I wanted to do a review of this. I have been locked in this device 24/7 for 2 weeks. As you can see from the attached picture the design is the same as the original plastic version. The A ring is made from oval metal and formed into a oval shape. The oval shaped metal forms a larger contact under the scrotum for more comfort. As far as comfort is very comfortable. I have had no problems or issues at all. The quality of construction is extremely good. It seems to be made from stainless steel. It has no magnetic quality at all except the alignment pins. I have compared dimensions to the original and they are the same, I believe parts cold be exchanged between them but don't know why you would. I shower daily with it on, I am able to get enough soap and water in to thoroughly clean and rinse. I have had no oder issue at all. After a shower I use a hair dryer to dry everything and silicone on a cotton swab to lube the inside so no chaffing. It is a heavy CD it does pull everything down between your legs. But wears very discreetly even under jeans. Also as seen in the photo I painted the lock with liquid rubber. When wearing only the CD it rattled badly, was driving my KH crazy. As a note also my KH ordered this from Amazon and shipped (fullfilled) by Amazon. The first one was to small and she was able to return it and order a larger size. Overall I would rate this so far 10/10. Hope this helps someone.
So what you are saying is its well made much better that the plastic one which often break after a few weeks of wear. The company was good and i guess the price was very user friendly. Thus does it warrant the derogatory knock off tag rather the much improved device it is . . Xx Wendy
@Wendygirl Very valid point, I never thought of it in that way. I was just thinking that I wanted everyone to understand I knew it was a knock off, maybe redesigned would have been better.
I would like to agree with you The first imports were marginal in quantity but now I think they are rather good and the price alow people to try proper devices for often a few £/$ . Xx Wendy
looking at your pic it is different than the ones i have seen.ht has the same type of A ring that the real cb6k has. i have seen them with a hinged ring. i would like a link to this one please.

i only noticed 1 ring size with the cage,4.5cm/1.77 inches. i noticed your KH sent one back and got a larger size.what size ring did it have?which ones did she order. i usually use a 1 7/8 in ring.i dont know how much of a difference that 1/8th inch will make. also does it come with spacers or do you make your own?
