    I'm curious, is it comfortable? I like the fact that it has a 37mm opening to the cage itself.

    Is it 24/7 comfortable ? I'm looking for something that I can wear 24/7 and has a larger inner diameter.

    I agree. I was just hopping to find a larger diameter short metal cage for 24/7 wear.

    it,s a good product i have one amongst my seven other devices lol .Feel,s secure and you need to pull it right up to pelvis .one thing to bear in mind it is quite weighty and after a day wearing it starts to slip away doesnt come of but it,s not as snug as initial locking.all that said it,s a great device and relatively cheap from Amazon
