    I own a CB6000.
They say a picture speaks a 1000 words. So have a look at a picture similar to the problem I am facing now
    http://merryporns.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/male-chastity-do-it-for-her.jpg

The loose skin and the head itself bulge out from the pee hole of the device.
It is not very painful but once I take off the device or my penis shrinks, it burns and swells a little.

    Anybody have this?
    How to solve?

I have this when I use the Looker01 without the plug. The penishead tends to wring it's way through the bars above the spot where all the bars connect. Not really that painfull, but very annoying.
Gonna ask Dietmar to change the bar type to Looker02 type, so it's nicely tucked away.

    Hey there!

    Hmmmmmmm.... Tricky one.

Looking at the pic it would seem the opening of the device is too big for you...?

So the rhetorical question is... How do you make it smaller....?

I would imagine it would have to be blocked with something and/or made narrower....?

    As to the "how".....

Getting into these tubes is difficult, so working from the inside out could be a very fiddly business.

I have read on the forum that people have modified their Birdlocked devices with silicone 'glue' (for wont of a better word).... It was done by using sticky tape on one side and the silicone on the other.

I don't actually know that much about the plastic cages.... So help please for those who do! But I'm wondering if the opening can be closed by a similar method....?

Could one put some tape inside the tube to get a flush finish, then working from the outside use some silicone to block the opening....?

I guess one could partially block it.... Or fully block it and then create one's own smaller opening....?

I'm also guessing silicone would be easier to work with than anything epoxy.... Everything would have to be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol I would say to ensure good bonding....

I think it would be important to get the inside of the opening as flush as possible by using the tape... Else there could be some possible rubbing. And getting into the tube to correct would be a nightmare....

So... for those CBXXXX guys out there.... Do you think this is possible...?

With many thanks and then absolute kindest regards.

    J.

This will eventually cause your cage to split apart. Hopefully, not causing any great damage but do beware of it starting to split. That tends to pinch your tender parts.

After it splits and you shred your member, you will have your answer and get metal device. At the very least, get a metal configuration of your current device

There's different methods to help with this. One that works well for the main opening of the device, is to use tissue or another piece of paper such as a square of toilet paper, and push it into the device with a q-tip, until the paper covers any chance of further popping out (just remove it before doing any business). For the other parts of the cage, unless it hurts, it's not much of an issue, except for edema, which is worth studying up on. Tape can possibly be used for those areas.

Also, from the picture, typically locks are on the front of the device - that middle plastic part is supposed to be inserted from the back to the front. It could be a specialty device, but that's the first I've seen the lock against the body instead of the smooth ring portion.

The best way to modify the plastic cage would be with a 2 part putty epoxy ... it has a very strong adhesion and is easy to sand smooth. I would fill the tube (or tape off the opening) and work from the outside.

But as others have stated you are better off purchasing a quality metal device ... you have used the off the shelf device to find that you do actually want to have chastity device, so now the best course is to purchase one designed to fit you properly.
