My wife and are still in the experimental stage of chastity. After my first 4 days locked up she unlocked me this morning. Being new to this, I hadn't considered that my cock being locked inside the tube would make it wrinkled and quite dried out. Is there an easy way to moisturize without unlocking and removing the device?
Q-tips are your best option. Put some moisturizer on the end and work it into the cage from the tip and side vent holes.
E 45 cream is very good. It soothes, softens and relieves dry and sensitive skin. Magical almost. I use it as an everyday all over moisturiser.

This is just a theory based on about a month of being in the cage more often than not...and is completely based on my personal experience so far, so I am not 100% on this idea but I thought I would take a shot at adding to the discussion I think we are going through the same issue - apparently - something about the setup is causing skin dryness, probably due to competing changes in normal temperature or blood flow. I think it is a combination of the bits being moved/pushed away from the body by the base ring, cooling them more easily...and due to the cage itself holding body heat closer to the skin in the penis area. I have been using Aveeno Shea Butter lotion up and under the base ring and (as suggested above) using a q-tip to distribute the lotion into the cage from the pee opening. I am referencing the CB-6000S but guessing most of the devices with a similar design create a similar problem. Incidentally, I have been putting a panty liner in after I get out of the shower. The intent was to catch leakage and spare the underwear, but it also seems to be having an added benefit of retaining a little heat in the whole area "down there" and (ironically) helping increase the overall amount of moisture, thereby lessening the skin dryness. I've found a sanitising hand gel can help immensely, especially if it's the sort that contains aloe vera, etc. Does lubricating, moisturising (the aloe vera) and disinfecting all at the same time. The downside: (which may not be a downside, depending on what you're into) it can sting like nothing else for a little while after application.
