Boxer or briefs (and what fabric)?

I'm no expert but it depends on the chastity I'm wearing.
If it's steel then a thong or tightly whiteys to support the weight.
But if it's plastic resin or 3d printed then boxers with a high lycra content to simply support gently.
Pulling in too hard get to my pelvic bone each time.

After 8 years nearly permanently locked in a PA chastity device by my wife this is what we have learned; First, use a silicone based lube and not water based. It lasts all day long and you don’t have to reapply. Second, get boxer briefs that have a separate built in pouch. Search “bulge enhancing briefs”. My full balls and cage stay in this separate compartment and it’s night and day difference from traditional briefs. Balls stay cool and dry. My wife loves the the look of them. Now that my bulge is much more prominent and sticking out it reminds her of what lies beneath the fabric. Knowing that she has me exactly where she wants me makes her day.

 

Without a doubt, absolute best, is Emporio Armani briefs. Yes, pricey, about $30 a piece, but the best fit for a cage. 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Tight, but accentuates the tightness of the cage. Best of all, my wife thinks they look good.

Briefs, I use a size smaller, helps support the weight of the Steelheart, if its left free it can pull on the tether over time and can end up a bit sore, probably similar to a PA.

For the ball burn, I used a bit of am a lin cream, it lasts a long time and helps your sack move around under the ring.

My balls hang and I had the same problem. I fashioned a sling out of a cloth mask (good to have a use for one now that there are so many surplus). It hooked around the ring. Holding my balls up solved the problem. I even thought of making and offering them. But I happened to put on a pair of tight briefs one day and my million dollar idea faded. The briefs work fine, but if you are reticent to wear them, and your balls are hanging, figure a way to hold them up.

I also usually wear a strap around my waist that holds the whole affair up. I like the way that looks rather than everything hanging. That also helps with comfort if my balls are supported.

I wear ergo wear boxer briefs, briefs and thongs, all pouch enhancing. Love them they hold everything in place well.

 

For me it is definitely briefs. It helps to hold the whole package together.
This 100% cotton briefs with opening was the best underwear, that I have found.
Opening helps a lot with ventilation. Without it, my balls are sweating in the cage.

Very sleek, no seams, low profile waistband. The Armani feel nice, but waistband is big with a prominent logo.

They are super sleek, breathable (not like cheap Chinese synthetic), no extra tags, seams or other things that kill the sexy, comfy vibe. Cage package tucks nicely in.

My wife hasn't seen/played with them yet, I'll let you know how that goes tonight.
