When did you know that a PA was right for you?

Initial healing for an PA is 8 - 12 weeks. Mine took about 8 weeks, and I waited a few more weeks before I started gauging up.

For the initial healing, follow the directions of the piercer. They will probably give you sea salt to make a solution to soak it twice daily during the healing.

I was pierced using a 10 gauge needle, and then immediately tapered to 8 gauge by the piercer. The initial healing used an 8 gauge CBR.

Next I gauged up myself to a 6 gauge CBR. Then a 4 gauge CBR. I stopped at 2 gauge, which I still use today. I was pierced in November, and was fully healed at 2 gauge by August.

The stretch which was the most difficult was 6 gauge to 4 gauge. It took a few tries on different days to get it to go though. If you are going to stretch yourself, use long 316L or better tapers. Use Surgilube when you stretch.

    Hi there,

Everything I've read indicates small punches are a bad idea, although it seems counter intuitive for larger holes, like you say.

One thing might be that when you remove a core of flesh, you end up with a lot of "dead ends" in the surrounding tissue. Whereas with a needle, it's a slice so maybe fewer of these. I'm not (that sort of) a doctor though so I don't know.

You wouldn't be allowed out even to get perforated?

    I am confused…

I did a bit of research when I did my own piercing. I didn’t think there was a way of piercing without a little punching .

I didn’t see a whole lot of needles that didn’t have a hollow centre. In fact, I didn’t see one at all.

Proper piercing needles all have a hollow centre. That doesn't mean they remove a core of tissue though. They in fact don't.

That doesn’t seem right for a PA, I’m no expert at all… but I wouldn’t have someone remove that much tissue from my penis.
Honestly, I’m still baffled by the suitability of a RPA over a PA.
This subject seems very complex for something so simple…I mean, aboriginal kangaroo bone piercings are a thing.
It’s just a needle through a piece of tissue. maybe we’re overthinking it way too much

    Indeed
Indeed. I've never heard of a PA / RPA being done with a dermal punch. Just the thought makes me weak at the knees.

d you’re with an APP piercer. That’s a huge key. Certainly RPAs are different and if that’s more “comfortable” for you then go for it, healing is longer and I have no idea on stretching. But yea stretching CAN induce some mild trauma but if done right and done SLOWLY as your body can take then it’s easy and no real issues. IMO regular PAs are easier overall, but again anatomy comes into play. Also with stretching, the skin will naturally stretch some over time anyway…my first “up size” didn’t need any stretch as my hold healed nicely and allowed for a natural stretch. Now it’s solid as can be and I “could” probably get a 0 ga in, but the 2 is perfect and when I went from 4 to 2 I didn’t need much “stretch” either as it had naturally stretched some… but I was wearing a cage at the 6ga level so that helped some as well.

I love my PA as does the wife and it’s allowed us to use cages without base rings for better comfort and very long term wear.

Sorry I need to correct myself. Yes wear the cage if there is enough room, but you will need to remove it twice a day for cleaning and soaking the piercing as mentioned elsewhere.

Good luck and please keep updated and post pics etc if you’re comfortable… RPAs aren’t as common. I know with my PA it was over in milliseconds - just remember to do some deep breathing and relax during. Tensing up makes it hurt more…my piercer did some breathing with me and during and made me so comfortable, and I prob squeezed my wife’s hand to death too lol. But as I’ve said before I’d go back again and get it done all over if needed… and I’m a HUGE baby when it comes to needles.

Im not allowed to talk about it even. She has the only key, and our agreement is that if I ever bring up the idea of unlocking, she’ll throw it away.
(Obviously in theory I could buy a replacement key from MCN but that’s not the point, I’m thoroughly conditioned to obey, and the emotional significance of her holding the key is not something I could bear to put at risk).

Understood you aren't allowed to ask about unlocking.
But could you ask her if she would prefer the penis she owns to be pierced? Then it's whatever she wants for you.

Haha it’s already pierced for the cage, it’s just that I feel a piercing all the way through would be more robust.
But it’s not part of our dynamic to discuss it, she is totally puritanical and disinterested. Just wants me de-sexed and serving her in practical ways. The lock-up was once and for all, then shut up about it.
I imagine if actual amputation was legal she’d have opted for that!

my wife had my PA done at 12 gauge. The smaller the piercing the faster the heal time. Once healed she just stretched until i got to a 4 gsauge. She purchased a cage that allowed me to stretch up and let the ring poke out the front. That way i stayed caged while she gauged me up. Im now in a BAW cage secured by the PA.

For years I was intrigued by a PA piercing but never had the guts to get one.. but it was always on my mind to get one sometime.

Then I discovered chastity play.. After a couple of weeks I found that I could pretty easily escape and (as many others did /
Do) went to search for the holy grail in absolute “security”
That is when I found a piercing being the best solution and that was the trigger to just get
    It done!

gauged up to 0g gradually over time, proudly wearing jewelry.

Now locked in a BA-28 and the piercing fixation makes it actually very comfortable! No turtling, hardly any movement inside the cage and a very clean and straight stream when using the restrooms.. and of course fully secure!

Wish I had it done years sooner!

I got my RPA done as my first piercing ever (I have tattoos prior) never thought about any piercings. As a punishment for my previous alcohol abuse my wife said if I slipped up again she would make me get a genitalia piercing. She picked out the RPA, as it seemed to offer the most for her. After a while of fearing it the thought finally came around and decided I was intrigued and we got it done. Nothing has hurt worse, but out piercer is a pro and it literally didn’t bleed any. Anyways. I love my RPA and as others, only regret I didn’t get it sooner. Healing time was a good 6 months, but we still put it to work during the healing process.
We got this before getting into chastity, and I noticed so far no cage is really built to accommodate RPA. either way. Like everyone says, you probably won’t regret a piercing, even if you stop using chastity. It is very empowering feel and we love the look of it.

i don’t see how you could do a piecing with a dermal punch? The ones I’m used to only cut a few mm deep. to use one for a PA would mean pushing the handle through the penis and cutting a core out of it.

When she found out I could pull out she insisted on a PA. That was about 4 years into chastity, and I have been in the PA for another 4 years. Pierced at 10 gauge I believe. Stretched to 0 gauge. She’d rather have me help her masturbate than unlock me.
