Ideas for homemade chastity devices

My first CB ever was made by myself. It must have been around 2004.
I've built a whole series, but unfortunately never photographed or I probably don't have the photos anymore.
I'll have to see if I can still find some of the old pieces and photograph them.

The CB in the photos here is made from a vacuum cleaner brush, a metal ring from the hardware store and the cap is a decorative cover from a toilet bowl attachment.
The trick is the wire hanger, the loop of which lies snugly behind the glans and holds it in place.
The closure is via eyebolts. If the chain is closed with the lock on one screw, you can turn both eyelet screws maybe just half a turn, not more.
He's actually way too big for my little Willie. But that didn't bother me at the time because it was so exciting for me to build this!

 

I have just made my own first chastity device. It's crude and it won't last long I guess but right now its snug and confining.
First thing I did was use duct-tape around my penis, sticky-side outwards of course. And the outside I covered with duct-tape. I checked if I was able to re-insert my penis again in the tube.
Next step was, again sticky side out, tape around my penis and testicles, folding it double, so no skin could get stuck on it.
Underneath the ring I sticked new tape and pulled it over to my tubed penis, folded in and covered / closed the tape with tape. So I had my penis closed and taped up, connected to the base-ring.
I added some straps of tape to make it more rigid.
Next I cut the tape of the base and re-tightened it, kept it on for half an hour. Ducttape is wonderfull material.
I now had a basic tube-shape with a base-ring, wich I had to cut again of course to get of.
I now used plasticine to model my penis in the tube and made a base that fitted the base-tape.
(okay, I could have done that plasticine molding without the duct-tape model I guess, but I now know it should fit ) Smooth the plasticine.
Next step was to heat up some moldable plastic pallets in hot water. When warm, they become transparent and moldable, stick together and can be shaped. When cooled, they turn white (or add coloring). I use wood chopsticks to get them out the hot water, then start needing and plaster them around the plasticine model, cover it thin, I had put a Chopstick through the top to guarantee a peeing-hole.
I also put the plastic around the large base but didn't let them touch, used a chopstick to punch some holes in the extra piece of plastic, this is for the lock.
After cooling everything down, remove the plasticine you can always remelt the plastic if you failed, and make a new model with the plasticine.
My 3rd attempt is what I'm wearing now.

 

Back before I bought my first cage, I applied plastic tie wraps around the top of my balls and tightened it just until I couldn't remove it. I cut it off and measured so I would know what size ring I needed.

I am now happily in my Cherry Keeper Nub, which is only ever removed for cleaning, so I am not in control and no longer in need of another cage.

But I've often thought about fashioning a device out of pvc pipe of a proper size to fit snugly and using certain sized tie wraps to secure it to my balls. It would likely take some work to invent a way to connect the pvc tube to the tie wrap, but it seems that, for just a couple of dollars, a pretty secure device could be constructed.

And, as a side benefit, if you don;t clean them well, they might help prevent groin odor!

 

I have found that a simple inverted device is best, it is totally sure, inexpensive, and very comfortable. I have a commercially made device, but it would be easy to make DIY device. Good work.
