I am with starflyer here. I have a Cherry Keeper “cage” that is open ended. (Not my daily cage, though).

It prevents erections VERY well. In fact very painful if aroused. I wouldn’t dream of trying to cum in it.

It’s super comfy and convenient if soft. But diabolical if aroused.

I wonder if the modified HT is the same.

That seems worse. I have 3 different HT V5 knock offs, it's my most comfortable cage I've found so far. Also now you risk having an erection with what is basically a very hard cock ring on which could do some damage. Just take it off for cleaning and put it back on. Yea. I def clean daily. Especially after the gym or work. If it's a lazy day where not much activity was going on or I didn't sweat much I'll wash but not take it off (rarely does that happen) 98% of the time It comes off twice a day after the gym, and after work for cleaning. I am very active. Hit the gym 6days a week and I am a mechanic so I am also very active at work so def need to keep clean especially down there.

Granted my cage is very open not completely closed cage like most popular plastic or resin ones. So I can get away with not taking it off in the shower here or there , but when I used my cbx and vice cages they came off twice a day for cleaning, or at least once depending on if I went to the gym before or after work.
