    Afternoon everybody! I have a boy who would like to be locked up, but post surgery has a very large base to his testicles.

    I think the ONLY way forward for him is going to be a custom made device, but I though I’d just ask for any other possible ideas?

    I realise that without exact measurements, it’s very difficult, but I’m looking at way out of the box ideas like a chastity piercing.

    All crazy ideas considered!

    Good afternoon Miss, I had a very hard time finding the proper base ring. The best I could get before I tried Mature Metal was a hinged ring but even that didn't quite fit so well. I found the oval rings that MM offers help a great deal, I currently have a Jailbird and it is great. I'm sure you will get more ideas, good luck with your search.

    Some full belt designs don't use a base ring, maybe he could look into those?

    I should have said a belt design won't really work for him for a number of reasons unfortunately, but thank you for the idea!

    I meaure at least 55mm diameter but have a CCC (cheap chinese cage) by Ternence wit a 50mm oval, hinged, ring. It is very snug and requires a bit of rubber tubing over the hinge but eventually got used to it. The good side effect is that I cannot pull out of this (its so tight and has an ergo curve into the body at the top so there is not really enough soft tissue in this area to pull through).

    Custom is better of course but it is cheap to try this 1st...

    The Cherry Keeper has some large ring sizes for those with bigger balls.

    Thanks everyone, despite all of my advice, he has ordered an off the peg item... We'll all wait and see if it fits. (It won't)
