So I got an ender 3, after playing around making random shit i finally whipped up a quick design in fusion. The picture is in my gallery. Let me know what ya think . I have to learn more in fusion to make a design that will mimic the bijou. That's my goal anyways.
Wow, thats a good work. I like the style of a ring around the glans, like you designed. We printed a lot with our ender here. www.instagram.com/permanentrestraints is our own site with many examples. Your style is very nice. Just a holder underneath the tube would be needed, so that the U lock is somehow attached and not dangling around and hurting skin...
So much time to print now. Covid19, thank you! I like your new design a lot. But can't check it out on thingiverse. Unfortunately the link is broken. Hopefully it is working for a day or two, to see it in 3D. That would be at least a bit of fun in the corona season... You are very creative. Is the last idea you showed working with a pin or a ring?
The design above is made to use the bijou's pin that came with the one I bought. I'm sure could make it work with some other type of jewelery tho
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4236950 here this should work now. I had to make alterations to the locking mechanism. If any one wants the 360 file to edit it to thier liking let me know. ill post it up
I have updated the thingiverse file. It should print fine now. I'm using petg. I don't know how safe it would be to use a printed pin using fdm. I'll make one and someone can sand it smooth and check. Or maybe I'll do it in in the near future.
Sorry guys. I'll get to uploading the files today to the thingiverse page for you to modify to you liking.
Depends on your €€ If you are low on budget a cheap 3D from Aliex or other chinese ebay, call it ender or whatever, it varies every month because there are new releases from brands or updates so there it is a lot to choose from If you want quality of course it is a Prusa and if you could afford an Ultimaker, the best 3D for consumers of the market But again, it will depend on your uses, you may get a resin one intead of a filement, they are ultra precise, the bad part it is that you cant print big objects and the printing itself it is messy I recommend and Artillery Genius or the X1 if you want the extra space, i got the x1 since i dont want to have few printers (one for some cases) and prefer to print bigger things instead of splitting and printing one part at a time. I bougth the Artillery over others because with it you can print any material, there are options to change the extruder/melter for other brands like the Hemera https://e3d-online.com/products/e3d-hemera-direct-kit-1-75mm which it is the best of the market today and it is not a bad design as a 3D for futures upgrades. Enders because of the nylon path tube cant print flexible or it had much worst time doing it and cant print high temp materials, they are basically only for PLA and maybe some types of ABS Set the money you want to spend first and then start putting on a list what you want for the printer, it will be best. If not what will happen is that you will buy a printer, find it is not what you need and forget about it or buy another ending with 2 printers instead of 1
