To me, that depends on how frequently you're doing it. If you do it once every two weeks or so, then maybe it is just for possible prostate health reasons. (I'm not sure if that's actually needed) If you're doing it every day or every other day, then it is just a form of playing with yourself.
Actually, a man milks his prostate every time he defecates. As excrement is pushed out during defecation, it presses down on the Prostate Gland and cause it to expell seminal fluid, which looks like a gooey, yellow liquid down the side of the toilet bowl. It's definetely not cheating for me. Orgasm denial and chastity for me are about minimalizing male pleasure to keep behavior in line. Prostate massages are usually not very pleasurable, I just leak and spurt a bit but without any orgasmic feeling. It's an effective way of draining off the excess which I like to do to make the aching go away for a while and also health reasons, but without any pleasure.
Yes if under the control of the female cant be considered cheating. It serves two purposes therefore one illustrating her control and lack of orgasm and heath benefits.
