My beautiful dominant wife and I are having a lot of trouble with my new PA. We originally got the piercing for the purpose of being able to upgrade to higher security devices that could be integrated with the PA. However, we have been having difficulties with the piercing. When we have PIV sex, it is extremely painful for me. She is very tight and the piercing seems to get re-injured every time we have PIV sex. I am currently at 10ga, and thinking about increasing to 8ga. Will upping to a larger gauge help with this problem? I have read from other people's posts that smaller jewelry can cause a "cheese cutter" effect that causes pain. Does this result from a very tight vagina? We are considering letting the piercing close up if the pain does not go away. It has completely made me afraid to have sex with her. Definitely not cool. Pain is not a turn-on for me at all....

I believe the cheese cutter effect comes from having the piercing move in a smaller gauge. Think about cutting cheese with a piece of piano wire vs. a 1/4 dowel.

You might try a condom for the time being, is the piercing all healed?

    Hi
Depending on if she wants your ring in when inside her .

A yes move to thicker jewellery , or

B take it out when she allows you inside her . It won't close up for some time ie days unless it is only a few days old
    .

However start to stretch your piercing any ways

Good advice from Wendy. Try going to segmented ring (no ball). Will only add that after stretch DO NOT remove ring and allow full healing before and tug on ring from PIV

It seems like it was all healed. We had first intercourse after 3 weeks because it felt like it was completely pain free and healed. After sex it was like starting at day 1 again (well maybe day 2) but damn it hurt. She does not mind if I put the ring inside her. She likes the added sensation of the ring. I am using a captive bead ring. I will see if I can stretch to the next size and go to a segmented ring. How big do I need to go before the pain will go away? What about using a curved barbell with a bead on each end? Would that be more pain or less?

I've only just got the PA, but I was told 6-8 weeks for healing and not to be fooled early since it'll seem healed, but the tissue inside the fistula is still fragile.

Mine was sore for a good while after I first got it. To be honest it's now only really stopped "pinching" and that's nearly 12 weeks after.

Is this really sore or sensitive?

A pa should be healed in a few days .
A massive blood supply and if you drink plenty a perfect ph .
You should be pierced at 2.4 and easy move to 3.2 .
Are these rings big diameter so wiggle a lot . Could be the cause, curved bars are not good for beginner as the jewellery is not at right angles to the piercing.

Thank you @Wendygirl, I was more sensitive than sore. I likened it to some hand surgery I had done. The site was tender for a while after until my brain got used to the changed sensations. I figured my PA was the same.

I thought as much it is a very sensitive bit !
Just go for a neat not to big ring and get used to it . You may be surprised at how quick you can stretch a pa not comfortable but doooo able.

Yes up grade the size. Plus you need to let it heal longer than you think. It does take some time after each stretch to adjust. Best advise I received was, "take your time, let it heal."

I started at 10 gauge but sex wasn't comfortable until I was stretched to a 4 gauge. I could probably go up to a 2 but then my chastity devices would need to be upgraded also. I would say give it more time and size up. A bent barbell might be more comfortable for sex, it was for me but added more problems as it was uncomfortable for normal wear having my foreskin rest on it all the time.

Smallest possible ring diameter - Will keep it in place and speed up healing
A segment ring for sure - no Barbell
4 or even 2 gauge to avoid cheese cutting
If it hurts when You have PIV , - it has nto healed enough just yet...

@Jesus Silver I agree with the experts above. Mine could be very painful initially but it depends also on

    a) sex position. ..
    b) make sure you use some lubrication

As for the captive bead , that's what I have and have been told that I'm not ever to remove it as Mistress loves the sensation inside her. If your partner gets used to that you might find yourself out of chastity more than in!
    Regards

Just curious, do you wear a condom? It was suggested by the piercer (and generally around the internet) to keep fluids out of the piercing and lower the risk of a UTI, but it seems there's just as much risk of it going in the hole I was born with as things move around.
I'd add, we haven't even tried it yet since I got pierced.

I don't wear a condom unless instructed to do so by my KH.

Your bodily fluids are going to come into contact with your peircing no matter what and condom will hold all those fluids on and arround it anyway.

Luckily urine is sterile, Not sure about cum but I have never had a problem lol.

My genuine advice is be patient. A bigger ring may help overall but if its only 3 - 4 weeks old I would wait until its healed before doing so. At least another 2 months. Its called stretching the hole and if your not healed properly you will just end up tearing the hole which can cause pain and increase the risk of infection.

Why not use the time to have a long chastity play with a non P.A. device and when your ready to increase your ring size i recommend emla cream to help with any pain.

I take mine out for sex not because it hurts me but because it can irritate the wife so make sure she is well lubricated before any vigorous sex lol.

I had pain with mine until I switched to a 6 then 4 gauge. I have also had much better comfort with a barbell over a cbr. Mine took a very long time, several months to not be sensitive anymore. I love mine now, but it took almost a year for me to get there, we were starting to regret it and then one day we were both in love with it. Gauge up when you can, it will be worh it!

    Hi
Just have a think about a UTI and a PA piercing . How can you give yourself a UTI if you don't have one already? ?

Just another red herring from people trying to stop you getting pierced with no personal experience themselves!

Wee and cum are both naturally safe unless you have a pre existing infection.

The concern was getting the *other* person's fluids in the piercing. That wasn't coming from folks against piercings, it was advice from the piercer (and echoed on several piercing related forums I had perused before I got mine done)

The only problems I have ever had was thrush. It is an STI and i got it from my wife.

Thrush can be a problem for the ladies and in our case it was caused by a side effect of taking penicillin.

It was nornot related to my PA at all.

I would say If you are not having sex in a monogamous relationship then it always makes sense to practise safe sex for the safety of you and your partner / partners.

The risk of infections from a PA perspective would be if the ring was rubbing skin and causing minor cuts and abrasions internally On both you and your partner increasing the risk of infected blood coming into contact with you or them.
