For "sale" is a jailbird (not Mature Metal) that I got from Amazon. It comes with a 2", 1.75" and 1.5" base ring. Pay the shipping/postage fees and I'll send it to you. The shipping shouldn't be too much if you are living in the U.S. I suppose.

The thing is a bit heavy, so be warned. I'm in the process of testing out base rings to order a MM, so if you are looking into getting into chastity, this should perhaps help you decide whether you want to pursue chastity further.
