I am considering propsoing to my wife that I be kept locked until I meet certain weight loss goals. We've not done much long-temr chastity, so it woudl probably be something like I am not allowed my once a week orgasm unless I've lost 5 pounds that week, etc. Long term, I need to lose 35-40 lbs. I am working on losing weight. The important thing is to warm-up hips and make that your flexibility is in place before and after exercise. My regimen is usually Monday- weights Tuesday - yoga Wednesday - hiit cardio/kettlebells Thursday- yoga Friday - sun is rest. I only unlock on heavy lifting days, which usually are once a month

Losing weight is usually a good thing for most people. If you feel the need or have been advised to do so then do it. By asking your partner to keep you locked until you acheive a goal is not really fair. It is very much topping from the bottom, its taking essentially away her choice of if and when you cum. Also by even broaching the subject, once done you can't take it back, she may well feel obligated to support you on what is a worthwhile endeavour but resentful of the way in which you want her to support you, which of course is something you want to avoid. She may even feel it a betrayal if she does not support you in this way, leading to other complications. Far better saying; I think I'd like to lose some weight and its a maybe little overdue don't you think? Any ideas where we can get me some advice dieting? Which invites her interest and possible/probable offer of support. I could go on. You are locked and denied by your partner for her and your mutual pleasure not your own agenda.
