Trying to find an old chastity story (F/m)

I am looking for an old chastity story F/m
Where a man is tied up ( he might’ve been an escaped prison inmate) and locked in a permanent chastity belt as well as a permanent butt plug where in order to go to the bathroom he has to open the butt plug by holding some buttons or something intricate like that. After locking everything on him the woman leaves and the rest of the story is about the male trying to adapt to his new life.
