Collar or Harness Chastity

Hello,

i was just wondering about something. A lot of chastity devices are insecure because they’re trying to lock behind testicals or at the waist and can slip off.

Are there any devices which go further up? Connected by a cable to a collar around the neck for example? I imagine a device like that would be less discrete but more secure.

Just wondering.
