Hello! I'm looking to get back in to a custom cage for long term chastity (I do have a PA piercing). What are the go-to companies to look at now? My last couple of cages were Lori's.

    Appreciate any advice! Thx!

There are so many good custom builders out there now. For a PA I really like the Rigid Chastity system. One lock and everything is captured. No need for 2nd or 3rd locks to keep it all secured. No need to put a PA ring through the cage. And like the loris, you have 2 security screws. There are a few makers that have copied the Rigid system. Chinese, and now steelworxx.de. I personal greatly dislike having to spend 5 minutes to get out of a cage with a PA. But some like the complicated security systems.

I’ve been a happy customer of MaleChastityNow for over a decade now, and have logged years of wear now. I very much appreciate his high-polish and his customer support, and ability to turn around tweaks and modifications.

    See the ball trap Contender

    and the PA-secured shaft-only GlansArmor2

Mark at MCN is a hidden gem in the industry, and works/ships out of the USA, and promptly.

It’s a fun math/materials fact that - since the 316L rods he uses are 3/16 and 3/32 inch diameter - his cages are 56% the weight of a similar steel device made of 1/4 and 1/8 inch rod. (0.75*0.75) That happens to make them just as light as titanium made from the larger diameter. I’ve not had run in with the TSA once in his work. It’s just less mass.

I would say choose a style from their site that is closest to what you want, work out what measurements you want then place the order and let him know all the details and any customisations you want. He is fairly flexible you can customise most aspects and a lot he wont charge any extra for. The only things I have seen him charge extra for are additional work on the ring such as flat rings or fully enclosed lock housings. You need to be 110% sure on your measurements, what he makes will be spot on with them.

I personally would steer clear of the more enclosed designs as with any cage like that they are harder to keep clean, BA-25, BA-21 and BA-05 seem to be popular choices.

I was so happy with my first cage and it was almost perfect, Im just working on my 2nd order with a slight style change and very minor measurement changes, a single mm here and there really matters. I guess im chasing true perfection this time.

What sort of style did you have in mind?

Bad workroom titanium Ba-28P wearer here. Great device, very secure and comfy. Highly recommend, but be careful what you wish for - you can’t escape this device.

If I may throw my own hat in the ring... come check out my Evo!

While it isn't fully custom, it is the most anatomically correct and subsequently most comfortable cage available right now. It is a made-to-measure system so not fully custom but each cage gets uniquely modelled to each individual's measurements. This takes out most of the guess work in needing to know all the ins and outs of cage and ring diameters and gap sizes and ring thickness etc.

It was designed from the ground up specifically for long-term wear. It features a super open, yet stimulation-obstructing design that allows for easy hygiene maintenance meaning you don't have to take it off for a deep cleaning near as often (or ever!) I personally have done 9 weeks 24/7 wear with only two cleaning unlocks and had 0 issues.
The base ring is hands down the most comfortable base ring you will ever experience.

Unfortunately right now I don't fully support PA attachments but it is something I have been looking into and might implement in the near future.
