Hello friends of the unfulfilled needs, with the help of a saw, a rasp, some drills, a drilling machine, a piece of wood and a nail I´ve built an anti-pullout device. For me it was absolutely secure but also for me the CB-series is just not wearable in the night especially with that device. Maybe it can be of use for someone else.
