I had an unusual event overnight. My beautiful wife/KH and I had an intense session. She came twice, which is rare for her, once from my fingers and then with a vibrator. My cage was VERY tight, as you might guess, for an extended time.

When I woke up this morning, there was blood on me and in the bed. I quickly examined myself and learned that my cage had actually been so tight that it pulled thru (tore) my frenum piercing! The cage was actually still in place (I was flaccid) but could easily be removed.

So, now I have a tear in the skin of my frenum, so no cage for me for awhile. Here's the question- Should I: 1) wait for it to heal and then get another frenum piercing?; 2) wait for it to heal and go for a PA this time? I'm undecided at this point. Any thoughts?

Any skin tear to the penis sounds horrifying. Definitely let it heal before making any decisions. I don't have a PA or Frenum piercing, so I don't know which one is more or less resistant to future injury. Hope you recover soon.

Honestly. I could never get an evotion bijou to work and I have a pa. It always irritated my piercing. So I'm not surprised you are having an issue with your frenum.

I made the switch to male chastity now and have had zero issues with the contender or the glans armor (shaft only).

I say all this so you are not dissapointed if you decide to get a PA and have more problems if you stay with evotion.

Isn’t that the second time you’ve had a torn frenum piercing? After that experience I wouldn’t do that again!

Sorry to hear about your accident. Must be disappointing. I know, I've always seen penis piercings as the ultimate route in chastity, but been reluctant (okay, scared) to do my own. After you heel, just weigh how much it means to you and go from there. JMO, but i would try a PA since you've proven frenum can be an issue. Good luck and enjoy.

I don't like the idea of a frenum piercing at all.... I would just get a PA, that frenum piercing looks too dangerous to rip.

My frenum piercing migrated (did it myself), but I always worried that having such a small amount of tissue is a bad way to go for a piercing.

I spent 2 years fretting over getting a PA and now, I can't believe a minimal the whole thing is. I always say, I wished I had of done it sooner. I wasted so much time trying to find a comfortable chastity device, rather than getting on with the actual experience of chastity. I do think the fear is over rated.

But yeah, heal first then consider a PA. The good thing is there is plenty of blood flow to the penis and thus healing tends to be very fast.

I once had a frenum piercing and the bar migrated out. Didn't notice any blood and it soon healed but it effectively removed my frenum so no way to get another one. I went for a PA and never looked back. :)

thanks to all. Ironically, perhaps, it wasn't and isn't really painful. I'm sure it happened while I was straining in the cage during the heat of passion, so I didn't notice anything until I saw the blood the next morning.

And, for whatever reason, piercing and its aftermath has never been painful for more than a second or two, and not bad even then. Maybe that's why I seem so nonchalant about it. It just doesn't seem to be a big deal to me. I have been concerned about piercing the urethra. It just seems to carry more potential for complications. But, I've been re-assured by several people, (on this site and elsewhere) so maybe that's my next step, whenever that area seems to be ready. It already looks much better. There was no more blood after the initial episode, and it's closing nicely. I could probably do a frenum again, but I'm not going to.

In the interim, I'll be back in one of my belts, (see my pics) which put essentially no pressure on that area. They are nowhere near as secure as the Bijou, but are still are a visible symbol of chastity, and are therefore somehow comforting. I have some degree of anxiety when I'm not locked, and the belt helps alleviate that.

I know it’s harder with the pandemic, but it never hurts to check with your doctor.

I’ve considered a piercing before, and the only one I’d consider getting is a PA personally.

Get a PA. Be sure to tell your piercer that you intend it to support a chastity device. He/she can then adjust the position of the piercing accordingly. Then, allow ample time for the piercing to heal before wearing the device. Do not try to rush it. Finally, a larger piercing distributes the weight better. I recommend at least 6 ga. 4 ga is even better. I have a Bijou with a PA that I wear continuously for weeks at a time.

I started off years ago with a frenum piercing. It worked okay, but kept getting infected. Eventually I just removed it.

I've thought about a PA a few times, but I really want the convenience of using a urinal , and not wetting all over my pants. I know that some guys have mastered the first part , but a PA locked to a cage creates another situation that I'm not willing to get into.

When the PA hook sits mostly inside the urethra, the urine stream is mostly unaffected. The further it sticks out from the urethra, the more the surface tension of the urine "stick" to the PA hook. I had the same worry, but really wasn't an issue.

What did surprise me was how much I had to play with the diameter of the PA hook and it's dimensions so that it would sit comfortably inside the urethra. Still refining this, but overall comfortable and able to urinate standing up without a mess.

Great, thanks. Good information. Urination was a bit of a worry. I generally sit down to pee when i'm in my cage (which is all the time, LOL) but I can stand at a urinal if needed-such as at a stadium restroom, etc. I know some people with PAs say that they can't pee standing up at all.
