mm jailbird w/custom hasp cover

    mature metal jailbird with custom cover over the hasp to make it hard to cut a lock off

    I am not sure of the sizes so I took pictures next to one of my uniform flags which is the same size as a business card

    the cage was roughly:
    2 1/2" from bottom
    3 3/4 from top
    ID 1 1/2"
    and the ring I believe is 1 7/8

    two questions
    was the custom cover done by the factory or someone else ?
    it seems pretty short will a pa ring fit threw the bottom?
