What you ask would vary from Mistress to Mistress. There is no set size that is acceptable. It is all her preference. And this is important so I will say it again. If your penis is locked into a two-inch cage, then its size is now two inches. you will be happier once you accept that. I think KHs vary. Size may well be a reason for lockup for some, but any size can be (and often is!) secured if she wants. It depends also on the reason for thr lockup.
