    I don’t think there are anti pull out devices available that fit the cobras, so you may have to look for another device.

    Look into TetherSpout. If you have at least 26 Fr urethral meatus it will provide every bit as much security as PA piercing.

    Red Chili has a chain that can be attached to the device and go around your waist. It locks on with the chastity lock. It is very secure. If you are creative, you can add a chain up the ass and make it even more secure
