    I have an inverted cage. it is very difficult to pull out the penis, since the foreskin fits around the inner cylinder and this makes it difficult to remove the penis from the cage.

    This is my cage which has been built from pieces from other cages. Been wearing it for almost 2 weeks and have yet to pull out from it. No piercings or tubes.

    somebody in here sayed that he can get out of any cage so i think it wud be hard to make one that you cant get out of. i dont try getting out of mine.

    The way I see it is If someone is in chastity , Starts to get frustrated and needs to orgasm and he can just wait until he is not in his keyholders presence, Slip his cock out of the cage, masturbate and orgasm , And slip back in without anyone knowing about it, Then he is not really being denied orgasm by anyone or being controlled by anyone.

    I was able to pull out of an inverted cage once. It was very difficult and painful. Something one only wants to experience once, but it is possible.

    I am locked in an inverted device that, for me, is impossible to pull out. It presses the little penis so far into my body that I cannot see or touch it.     Exactly what mine does... just tinkering with the design so I don't have to rely on an urethral tube.

    Why don't you want a urethral tube? It's more comfortable, and you forget it's there after a while.

    I do not have piering, uretha tube or tether, there is no need for any of them. The device is very secure and I do not think there is room for any of them.

    I don't share your concern. I've been wearing a device with a urethral tube for several years now, and have not had a UTI.
