Erections behind cage.

    The issue I'm having is when I have an erection it both pushes out a couple inch hard into my balls and the rest, like 5 inches, is like a retrograde erection that form inside my pelvis region and bends inside me, if that makes sense. Is my cage too short (one inch) or is it something else?

    Would a longer device work better. I hear some say that certain "fits" prevent erections or atleast full erections

    For me it does. The blood pressure does not push the cage out of the body, but remains inside cage.

    I tried a million different cage sizes/ ring sizes to alleviate this, but being a grower I accepted that it’s just a fact of life. A full belt was the answer, and my god they’re so much better…no more painful pulling on the testicles.
