So I have discovered that a 50mm base ring is really too small for an extended wear. I have tried all different cages with that size base ring. So I bought a cheap cage with a 55mm base ring and that worked great, could even wear it at work, but it seems I can get my cock out of that with out any effort. I don’t want a PA, so I am looking for any advice or hints on what I need to do. There doesn’t seem to be any in between sizes. All help is greatly appreciated.

You’ll have to either 1. Go custom build, or 2. Get a PA.

Some may recommend a tether spout, but I personally don’t care for those…too difficult to deal with and frankly caused issues.

I have a PA and it was super easy and quick. I’m a total pussy when it comes to needles and used to say “I’ll never get one” but since the wife and I decided that we wanted to go long term/indefinite wear, it’s the best option.

I recommend the Evotion line of cages. They are 3d printed so customizable, but very well finished. They have sizing rings to experiment with. They r a little pricey but very worth it if you are looking for long term chastity.

Got my cherry keeper with headlock a couple weeks ago. I love it. I've tried many different cages and this is the best for me by far. The headlock basically uses a ring smaller than the tube diameter that is close to the head so it helps with turtling. It works very well.

How long have you tried to wear the 50 mm ring?

The longest I was able to make it in the 50mm base ring was just shy of two days and that was because I was at home those two days.

Can you change the gap between the base ring and the tube, or bend it downwards?

In the beginning I switched between 40 and 45 mm rings. Over the night the 40 mm seemed to be to narrow. So I used the 45 then. But after some time I recognozed, that even a 38 mm would be fine. But the gap between a and b then should be a bit wider.

I feel like that is my main issue too, the gap between the ring and cage
