Anyone able to wear a spiked cage full time? I want to try one, as a "punishment" option for transgressions during my normal sentence. My concern is mostly about getting through the night in one. My nocturnal erections are mostly under control to the point that in only really notice morning wood anymore. But i also have concerns about wearing it to work etc, extra friction points to cause injury etc. Anyone have any experience with trying to wear spiked for an extended period? Or are they something that should be kept as a play time punishment thing?
Hi, There are various styles of "spiked" cages. About 3 months into this current lock-up, My Lovely Wife & Keyholder asked if there was a cage that would cause me "more distress and discomfort" when I attempted to get hard. I told that there were and we looked at some of the models that were available. We settled on the NC03 that is shown in my Avatar. It's a bunch of stainless steel nuts welded together, and it came with 4 or 5 screw in "spikes". She liked the idea that She could control just how much the "distress and discomfort" could be by adding more or fewer spikes, and controlling how far they were screwed in. This was only supposed to be used for "special occasions" when She really wanted to torment me. Well, we ordered it, and when I put it on without any spikes, it felt REALLY comfortable. So much, so, that I have since worn it 24/7 SINCE then (8/15/2020, 611 days AGO!!!). We've experimented with it numerous times since them. Most times, She just has me install two spikes screwed lightly into it, and when She teases me, it'll cause me some mild discomfort. But when She wants to be particularly devious, She will instruct me to either screws those two spikes in further AND/OR install several additional spikes. And when She wants to REALLY see me in torment, She will instruct me to take a Viagara or Cialis after the screws have been inserted. Let's just say, that ramps things up several notches. I've since purchased additional spikes, but there is a practical limit to the number (about 8 or so) & depth that can be inserted, or else the points get too close together and the effect, oddly enough, isn't quite as I know there are other types of spiked devices out there. I even have a couple. But it's the NC03 that She likes best, and I was quite surprised that it replaced my Holy Trainer as my 24/7 device. ~subrick
.... ...keeping you all in suspense....the word that for some reason didn't make it into the end of that sentence is........ INTENSE!!! Adding more spikes past a certain number actually reduces the intensity of the effect. There has to be a certain spacing between the points to give the maximum effect. I guess it's kind of like the "laying down on a bed of nails" phenomenon. ~subrick
We have the original KTB and I've only had to wear it a very few times over the past several years. The pain was so intense and memorable that the mere mention or threat of it makes me adjust my behavior immediately. She keeps it out on Her dresser so that I see it often and am reminded of the consequences of misbehavior. For me, it works very effectively on my mind! (I prefer to keep it that way!)

It all depends on the cage, I wear my iron maiden 24/7 but it is a custom device, pics are in my gallery.
I hv worn a version of ktb before as suggested by my wife.. during daytime.. as a means to discipline up my thoughts. When erotic thoughts used to bring a dirty smile.. now they equate pain. Nvr worn overnite.. just a regular chastity device
Cherry Keeper has one with spikes at end of cage. They really impact sensitive glans, almost all the time.
The answer depends on the cage design and intensity of spikes. Some can be worn for days, some only for hours.
