Since getting into Chastity I have made most of my own cages after we went through the first few "off the shelf" ones. I had been really happy with the last one I made that uses the frenulum piercing for security, but I got an itch to CNC one out of a solid piece to see how it would work. I though about it for a long time no came up with this design.

It's made from aluminum, the cage is machined out of one solid piece except for the alignment pins, the A ring is also a solid piece. I had been using a stainless wire to secure the piercing bar to the lock, but over time that failed. I found some of this micro stainless steel chain lying around the shop and decided to use that. Not only does it look cool, no way it will break. Like the last one I made the A ring has no posts or sharp edges on it so the cage can be removed for play leaving the ring on as a cock ring that doesn't interfere with anything, including PIV.

The whole cage without the lock only weighs 1.9oz (54G), with the lock it is a grand total of 2.5oz (73G). I've been wearing it for the past month and its by far the best feeling and fitting cage to date. Taking a pee is easy as can be, most of the time I'm lined up and go standing with no problem. The biggest issue I've had is because it's a bit more enclosed I have to spend a little more time in the shower keeping it clean.

There's no way I can feel any kind of pleasure or sensation with it, while a finger can get to a few spots it does nothing. It's also impossible to pull out from the back. Being so lightweight I really don't know it's on most of the time. There's no question a well fitting cage makes a huge difference for me and by doing it this way I can make it any dimension I want.

Well the pics are well done and it looks great. If it looks better in person it must really look mind blowing.

Nice job on the machine work and the pics

Great design, is there any thought of using a more secure locking system for both the cage and the pin? A cage that secure and comfortable would be amazing with an un-pickable lock.

Nice work;what design software and milling machine were used to make the device. I am trying to learn Solidworks CAD.
