Stuck in Nub with tetherspout

    Since 6/17/2022 I have been in a Nub device with a tetherspout device. Today, 3.31.2023 I had to drill out the lock. It took an hour and I was nervous. It seemed like I could never speparate the tiny tube from the ring, but after increasing the drill bit size to nearly the size of the opening, the lock pieces came out. Why did I do that... the key would no longer work. Try as I might even with a lightweight oil spray there was no way to get the key to turn. I would have stayed in, but I was developing a sore around the ring. IDK why now after 9 months, but I thought it would be a good idea to take a break. Then the key would not work. The next problem is I cannot seem to get the tetherspout out. There has been no issue with it over this time. I believe there has been a deposit that has "fused" the two pieces together. I will deal with that later. While this combination has been great, every 4-6 weeks I can manage an orgasm (after concerted effort), although semi-ruined. I was thinking of getting a Badassworkroom lock for it (https://badassworkroom.com/products/tetherspout-for-non-piercing-chastity). It has been a thrill waking up in the morning extremely turned on with know way to deal with it except "a cold shower" so to speak. Otherwise, I never know it is there.

    Tetherspout seems like such an elegant and hygienic solution for chastity security, but getting stuck sure must be inconvenient. I have known patients pull out catheters with fully inflated balloons, so it may still be possible to pull out a tetherspout with enough determination (but I certainly would advise against trying!). I use a PA for added security and I prefer not having a padlock attached: a simple PA ring is more discreet and comfortable, in my opinion.

    Glad you got it off, I had the same thing happen with a padlock. But that was much easier as it only took a pair of small bolt cutters.

    In my opinion, You need to go directly to a Urologist to minimize damage.

    I wouldn't drill a padlock. Two spanners is a better way to break a padlock. I've used it several times to break stuck locks (not chastity related).

    So just to clarify, you've got a metal tube embedded inside your urethra of your penis and it's stuck somehow after being left there for 9 months? Just trying to put this into plain language.

    Get your ass some help quick. A tether spout is one of the least weird things that’s been took out of a dick.

    Was your tether spout sourced from Tether Products? If so, I believe it is made from stainless steel. There have been reports that the interior of the spouts are less than ideal, in that the surface is not smooth. Some folks have actually had to sand / polish the interior. There have also been reports of some sort of deposit build-up in the interior after some period of long term wear. Don’t know if any of that is relevant to your situation ... just something to keep in mind.

    Good luck ... and maybe look into titanium as a replacement.
