I have one Ma'am but without the insert. Picture of it is in my gallery. To be honest I wouldn't get one with the insert, not a Chinese copy anyway. Having a looker already there is really no comparison Ma'am. The joint isn't as solid, there are a few rough bits on mine, the insert is pretty thin in places and the insert isn't medical grade stainless so I wouldn't be happy having it inside me and wouldn't want it in someone else either.

The one I have doesn't have the insert but is still too narrow for my shaft. My looker is 39mm internal diameter, without the insert I fit neatly in the tube, with the insert, the skin is pressed gently against the bars. The insert will increase the diameter of your shaft by a mm or 2 which can make a big difference. Check for rough bits and be aware the cages are soldered not welded so the joins aren't stainless steel, they will be some lead/tin combination and this will be in contact with your skin constantly.

All of 30 bucks. The insert is removable on this one. I'd expect its removable on all since it would be a PITA to put the cage on and the insert in at the same time.

 

Be careful: I've received rusty cages from DHGate (and the seller was rather pissed at me when I dared ask for a refund for it ). Also, Thumper has a video on his blog on how he puts on his Looker 02 with non-removable urethral insert.

I've bought a Chinese cage once, to see if metal was something for me. My experience is you get what you pay for.

So if you are looking for high quality, look at the well know manufacturers such as Steelworxx. If you are curious, it is cheaper to buy from ebay before going all in with the good quality.

 

I have the same device as you have in you avatar but stopped wearing it. The insert is stainless steel but not medical grade, it can be removed without removing the device which kinda defeats the purpose in my mind, the joints are soldered rather than welded so are weaker and in my case caused a nasty reaction and one day fell asleep awkwardly and the solder joints bent, pushing the first ring on the cage into my scrotum which caused a pressure sore that was gross looking and painful.

The looker I use now is medical grade stainless with a medical grade titanium insert. The insert is removeable on mine but not once being worn as it screws in from inside the cage has to be put on with the insert in place. It also goes back past the base ring so pullout isn't really an option either. Because its made to measure its actually very easy to put on. It was 10 times the price of a dhgate or eBay cage but, in my case, I have spent more on eBay cages looking for one that works than I spent on the looker. I have worn the looker daily, with insert for the last 6 months and can honestly say it has never caused a single problem. Took a couple of days to get used to but after that it was plain sailing.

My advice to anyone would be as rympedymp said, to buy a cheap cage first to see if chastity is worth the investment and to see if chastity is for you and then bite the bullet and buy or save for a custom made device of your style and choosing from whatever manufacturer.

eBay and dhgate cages, in my experience, are a false economy.

 

So basically, are we all saying avoid the Chinese knock-off altogether and spend the money on quality products, when it comes to devices with insertions?
