dealing with the heat

    what is the best way to deal with the summer heat? i am in a mysteel full belt and in the midwest usa.

    i live in africa and the heat is the reason to wear a belt without profiles , it just works better in the heat !

    I'm wearing a belt without profiles too and it is quite comfortable during the hot periods (even in Germany we had more then 30° for a longer time - but not yet anymore ...), because I do not need any lube at the hip band. Taking a shower in the morning, make it dry with a hair-dryer, that helps.
