I'm pretty sure that my wife's BFF knows. My wife isn't fully onboard with chastity (it's my kink for now), and I suggested that her BFF would be a good person to talk to if she needed to discuss it. Really depends on the swimsuit though. The last time I was in a hot tub with my wife and her BFF was on our honeymoon. Her friend wore a fairly standard one-piece, but my wife an I surprised her by wearing stuff that was skimpier.
