Epididymal Hypertension (Blue Balls)

I used to get really bad blue balls that sometimes even caused epidydymo-orchitis. Since having an open ended vasectomy I now rarely get any pain from denial.

 

I had some very bad epididymis pain recently due I think to the gap between the ring and cage is too small. I had to remove the cage, and it took a week to clear up. I think pressure form the ring holding back sperm is can cause an issue. Couple times after a good month plus of denial I had to go without my device on, and a pain came on later. Like backed up sperm started moving along. Only way to relieve it was to jerk off and get it out. Anyone else get this?
