Until you find a keyholder, you may want to buy a Kitchen Safe to keep your keys in. You might want to check out the Chastikey app. It's great for self locking or locking with a keyholder. You'll need a combination lock or safe. The online community is full of male and female keyholders who will happily lock you and respect your limits. The discord server for Chastikey has a French language section.
