    I've recently started wearing a metal cage continuously, just to see what it's like for the sub guys for whom I hold the keys.
    I choose underwear with a large pouch-front which keeps the cage in place.

    I do and have done since locked. I dont have the keys, so work with it on. Its small made of steel and causes no problems

    Wear it 24/7. Work the trades. By myself mostly.

    I mountain bike too. Recently the lock got loose and the cage almost slipped off. Weird but i know why it happened. With 20 other people, i couldnt stop to fix it.

    Last night my kh and i were talking about how our relationship isnt based on sex, and its awesome. We do almost everything together, but we are absolutely happy in everyway. Do i miss banging the crap out of her? Yes, but mike 2.0 is 100 times better than mike uncaged

    24/7 is really the only option for us. I'm better for it, and she knows it. If I was allowed out, i would masterbate, I may not mean to orgasm, but it would happen. I couldn't go back to the old me either. I'm s much happier person with frustrated swollen balls!

    I definitely have. You can definitely see an outline but just looks like a bulge.

    My husband has been caged for only a few weeks, but he has been wearing the cage 24 hours, at work, at meetings, at the gym, and at night. He says that no one seems to have noticed the slight bulge.

    Yes, I do. I wear scrubs to work and have had to adapt a little. I don't show as much as I think I do - and I took a good hard (no pun intended) look.

    Honestly, I hate taking my device off.

    Yes. I wear boxer-briefs and have no problems whatsoever. The bulge is just a wee bit more prominent, but that's about it.

    I would not put too many thoughts about someone noticing your cage as long as you don't have a bulky one and all the wrong clothes. It is quite hard to see something you do not know it is there...;)
    As for your question: I wear mine 24/7 apart for certain sports f.e. contact sports, flights or sauna visits...

    I wore mine to work for several months, but have since retired and only wear it for short periods now, since I can barely get an erection. It was never an issue except for once 4 years ago when I caught it while climbing into a car. It pulled one testicle out through the 1/4 inch gap between the A and B rings before I could get stopped, and It hurt for 3 days. The pain wasn't so bad I couldn't work, but the testicle swelled up to about 3 times it's normal size. I can still tell the difference between them, but it isn't noticeable now.

    I’m off work after rotator cuff surgery, but I will. Right now I just got back from the surgeons and I wore it, I wear it at my therapy sessions twice a week. I don’t wear it to see my regular doctor, but other than that and my Saturday cleaning and shaving sessions... 24/7

    Yes i wear it in work. It is in 24/7 use and there is no excuses to remove it.
